About me

I’ve found Pilates is a great way of getting balance back in your mind and body, and love helping people feel more confident through movement. Especially as so many of us can feel restricted by our own bodies – whether this is through injury, stress, weakness, aches or pains. 

 

Before Pilates, I covered fashion and interiors for a national newspaper in London. It was my first passion and extremely glamorous and exciting, yet hectic and stressful. After 10 years, my mind and body definitely paid the consequences. 

 

Pilates gave me the focus, knowledge and movement to take back control. I became so passionate about the benefits, qualified as an instructor in 2011 and haven’t looked back since. I love that a small difference can make a big impact on confidence and wellbeing. 

 

But most importantly, I believe Pilates should be fun. I hope you choose to roll out your mat and ‘Move with me’ at a class soon.
